Bartenders are fantastic and the pizza is delicious. This will be a permanent travel stop for me and I highly recommend if you stay over in Texarkana that you give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

Was almost held like a baby by a 7 foot Swedish gymnast. We burned each other with cigarettes. Colin raye didn't start playing until about 11. I blacked out before then hopefully he was good.

Atmosphere is good from the girl at the door to the bartenders and security they are all very polite. Music is good just wish there was alittle more variety (it is a country bar) but def no points taken off for that. All in all a good chill spot and If you go make sure you see Kyle at the front of the bar. Tell him he is finer then wine 😍😍😍💪💪💪💪💪

Love the atmosphere.. employees were very helpful.. enjoyed the music, drinks, and pool table. Had a great time, security checked on us it was great!! I would encourage anyone passing through or locals to go check out Whiskey River!!

Loved this place! Atmosphere is so laid back. Music was different genres and so upbeat. Pool tables and drinks are affordable enough to go out any day of the week. Went here for my daughter's B-Day. The staff rolled out the red carpet. They made her day even more special. Totally unexpected yet extremely appreciated. Thanks guys!! 😝

I walked into a friendly welcome right off from the front desk .the Bartender Hanna was amazing. Very attentive , Band sounded awesome.Security very watchful when you come in and go out. So OUT of all the night clubs in texarkana I would say Whiskey River.Go on out feel comfortable get waited on quickly. Have a good nighte. Thank you Bonnie kirtley

2nd time coming here.. atmosphere was pretty nice. Super calm and chill vibes, nobody bothers you; everyone is in their own world. Music was good, there was a live band that night.. good ole country music. 7$ cover charge. Drinks were super affordable! 2 shots, a mixed drink and a beer for 22$.

Super fun place, they have the pool tables and dance floor separated, the bartenders are the best and friendliest I have met in a long time. They have 2 of the best KJs. Everyone is so nice.
